Why we built it
Run a café, a pub or a couple of holiday lets and you know the drill: a rota cobbled together in a group chat, hours scribbled on a pad, and a quiet worry that you're over-staffed on the slow days and only finding out on payday. The software meant to fix this mostly charges per person, so the moment you take on a Saturday assistant, the bill goes up.
We thought that was backwards. The businesses that most need to watch their wage bill are the ones being charged more for growing. So we built WagePilot around one idea: a single flat price per site, with staff always free, and the live labour-cost board front and centre: so you can see what a shift is costing while you can still do something about it.
What we believe
We're a new product and we won't pretend otherwise: no invented five-star reviews, no badges we haven't earned. What we will do is be useful and honest: a fair price, UK rules done properly, and a live demo you can poke at before you ever enter a card.

One honest price
Free to start, then a flat £10 a month per site, every feature included. Staff are always free: no per-seat creep, no “contact sales”, no surprises on the invoice.
Built in the UK
UK holiday law, GBP, and the way British small businesses actually run shifts, not a US tool with the spellings changed.
Privacy by default
We check location only at clock-in, collect the minimum, and show staff every edit. Trust runs both ways.
On the owner’s side
We make money when the price stays low and you stay. So we build the thing that saves you money, not the upsell.
