Data minimisation from day one: we collect what a timesheet needs and nothing more. Your data is yours to export or delete.
Secure by default
Encryption in transit and at rest, EU/UK hosting, and billing handled by Stripe. We never store full card details.
Visible to staff
Every timesheet edit is logged with a reason and shown to the employee too. No silent changes. Trust runs both ways.
We check location once, at clock-in. Never all day.
Geofenced clock-in confirms someone is on-site at the moment they clock in or out. That's it. WagePilot does not track staff in the background, does not follow them between shifts, and collects only what a timesheet actually needs. Data minimisation isn't a setting; it's how the product is built.
How we protect it
Encryption everywhere
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is restricted and least-privilege.
UK / EU hosting
Your data is hosted in the UK/EU region, on managed, reputable cloud infrastructure.
Billing by Stripe
Card payments are handled by Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1). We never see or store full card details.
Tamper-evident audit log
Every timesheet edit is recorded with who, when and why, visible to the employee too.
Your data, your rights
- Export your data (approved hours) to CSV at any time
- Request a copy of your account data, or its deletion, under UK GDPR
- A data processing summary and the sub-processors we rely on (e.g. Stripe for billing, our cloud host)
- Breach handling aligned to the UK GDPR 72-hour notification expectation
Being straight with you
