For holiday lets & hospitality

Every property, every turnaround, on one board

Housekeepers moving between addresses, changeover days that have to land before check-in. WagePilot puts a geofence on each property, so you know who cleaned where, without ever paying per person.

  • A geofence per address. Clock-in confirmed at the right property, useful proof of attendance for each clean.
  • Pay by property, not per head. Each property is one flat site charge, however many housekeepers you take on. There is no per-head fee on any plan.
  • Cost per changeover. See the labour going into each turnaround so your cleaning fees actually cover it.

The bits that make shift work hard

The same leaks show up week after week — and most of them only surface on the payroll run, long after you could have done anything about it. Here's where the hours and the money usually slip.

01

Teams spread across addresses

No single view of who is on-site at which property right now.

02

Per-seat bills multiply

Three lets on per-person software quietly costs a small fortune.

03

Changeover pressure

Turnarounds that must be done before the next guest, with no proof they were.

How WagePilot helps

The same building blocks — rota, clock-in, audited timesheets — tuned to the way Holiday lets & hospitality actually run.

Hire anyone you like. The bill never moves

No per-head fees means you can grow the team without watching a meter: one site stays at £29 whether you're 3 people or 25. Open another venue and it's a flat £29 more, never per person.

What you'd pay as your team grows: a typical per-seat tool vs WagePilot's flat price
Your team Typical per-seat tool WagePilot
5 staff ~£20/mo Free · 1 site
25 staff ~£100/mo £29 · 1 site
50 staff ~£200/mo £29 · 1 site
80 staff ~£320/mo £58 · 2 sites
150 staff ~£600/mo £87 · 3 sites
200 staff ~£800/mo £145 · 5 sites

Per-seat figures assume a typical ~£4/user/month all-in rate (many tools sit £3–£6/user). Indicative, for illustration.

Holiday lets & hospitality: common questions

How does a geofence work across several properties?
You set a geofence around each property by dropping a pin on a map. Housekeepers clock in on their phone at the address they are cleaning, and the clock-in is confirmed against that property’s radius — useful proof of attendance for each changeover.
Do I pay per housekeeper across multiple lets?
No. You pay per property, never per head. One small property is free forever (no card), then it is a flat £29/month per property on Core, with unlimited housekeepers and no limit on how many properties you add. Taking on extra cleaners for a busy summer never moves the bill, and adding your fourth or tenth let is just one more £29 line, not a different plan.
Can I see the labour cost of each turnaround?
Yes. Because clock-in is tied to each property, you can see the hours and labour cost going into each changeover, so you can check your cleaning fees actually cover the work.
