Slide to clock out
  • GPS proof at each site. Clock-in confirmed at the client’s address, so you can show attendance per contract.
  • Cleaners always free. Pay per site you operate from, never per cleaner: high churn never moves the bill.
  • Audited timesheets per site. Every edit logged with a reason; clean hours you can bill clients against and send to payroll.

The bits that make shift work hard

No proof of attendance

Clients query whether a site was cleaned, and you have only the cleaner’s word.

Per-seat software stings

A churny, part-time cleaning team on per-user pricing gets expensive fast.

Hours scattered across sites

Timesheets pieced together from texts and memory at the end of the week.

How WagePilot helps

GPS proof at each site

Clock-in confirmed at the client’s address, so you can show attendance per contract.

Cleaners always free

Pay per site you operate from, never per cleaner: high churn never moves the bill.

Audited timesheets per site

Every edit logged with a reason; clean hours you can bill clients against and send to payroll.

Flat per site, staff free

Hire anyone you like. The bill never moves

No per-head fees means you can grow the team without watching a meter: one site stays at £10 whether you're 3 people or 30. Open another venue and it's a flat £8 more, never per person.

What you'd pay as your team grows: a typical per-seat tool vs WagePilot's flat price
Your team Typical per-seat tool WagePilot
5 staff ~£20/mo Free
10 staff ~£40/mo £10/mo
25 staff ~£100/mo £10/mo
50 staff ~£200/mo £18/mo

Per-seat figures assume a typical ~£4/user/month all-in rate (many tools sit £3–£6/user). Indicative, for illustration.

Cleaning companies: common questions

Can I prove to a client that a site was cleaned?
Yes. Cleaners clock in on their phone at the client’s address, confirmed by a geofence around that site (QR fallback for basements and weak signal). You get a timestamped, on-site clock-in record per contract you can show clients — without tracking anyone between jobs.
How is WagePilot priced for a cleaning company with lots of part-time staff?
You pay per site you operate from, never per cleaner. Cleaners are always free, so a high-churn, part-time team never increases the bill. One site is £10/month (one small site free), and each extra site is a flat £8/month with unlimited staff.
Does it track cleaners’ location all day?
No. Location is checked only at the moment of clock-in and clock-out, against the site address — never continuously. It confirms attendance without the always-on tracking cleaners object to, and it is built for UK GDPR data minimisation.
Can I bill clients from the hours?
Approve a clean week of audited hours per site and export a CSV for payroll, and use the same per-site hours to back up client invoices. Every timesheet edit is logged with a reason and visible to staff.
