CSV export to payroll

Approved hours, straight to your payroll

WagePilot is not a payroll bureau, and that is deliberate. Approve a clean week and export the hours as a CSV that drops straight into the payroll you already run: Xero, Sage, BrightPay, QuickBooks and others. You keep your payroll setup; we just hand it clean, approved hours.

Built to be glanced at, not studied

Approved hours out to your payroll in one click. Works alongside Xero, Sage & BrightPay; we never touch the pay run itself.

CSV export to payroll: common questions

Does WagePilot run payroll?
No, deliberately. It exports approved hours as a CSV that drops into the payroll you already run — Xero, Sage, BrightPay, QuickBooks and others. You keep your payroll; WagePilot just hands it clean, approved hours.
How do hours get from WagePilot to Xero or Sage?
Approve a clean week and export a CSV of approved hours for your payroll software. There is no migration project and no double-keying — the same hours your staff clocked are the hours you export.
Are overtime and unpaid breaks exported correctly?
Yes. Daily and weekly overtime and paid/unpaid breaks are calculated on the timesheet first, so the hours you export already reflect your pay policy.
