Feature modules
Switch features like the live board, tips, messaging and payroll export on or off so the app shows only what your business uses.
WagePilot is modular. Rather than drown a small café in features it will never use, you switch capabilities on and off so the sidebar and navigation only show what your business actually needs. A disabled module disappears from the menu entirely.
Modules you can toggle
- Live board and Today & cost — the real-time labour-cost views.
- Requests — shift swaps and cover.
- Tips — pooling and sharing gratuities.
- Messaging — in-app messages to staff.
- Payroll export — the CSV/integration export.
- Kiosk — the shared-tablet clock-in mode.
