Encryption, secure billing through Stripe, role-based access, the kiosk lock, and the auditable history behind every change.
Security in WagePilot is mostly invisible — which is the point — but here is what is protecting your account and your team’s data.
- Encryption
- Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted in the EU/UK region.
- Secure billing
- Payments run through Stripe; WagePilot never stores full card numbers.
- Access control
- Owners and managers have appropriate access; you can hide pay rates from managers, and Scale adds SSO/SAML and role-based admin.
- Kiosk lock
- A manager exit code keeps staff on the shared kiosk tablet, away from pay and reports.
- Audit trail
- Every timesheet edit is logged with a reason in a tamper-evident history visible to staff.
