Your earnings

Your pay history in your pocket: switch each figure between this or last week and month, see a shift-by-shift breakdown, download a statement as PDF or CSV, and flag anything that looks wrong.

The Earnings tab is your own pay history — every figure is estimated gross, before tax and deductions, based on your rate and the hours you’ve worked. It’s not a payslip; it’s the running record so you always know what you’ve earned and can check a shift looks right.

Two re-windowable totals, a recent-shifts chart, and a tap-to-expand history of every past shift.

The two headline figures

Two cards sit at the top. Each has a tappable label — tap it to re-window that figure between This week, Last week, This month and Last month. They start on This week and This month, and each names its own window underneath so the two figures never look like they contradict each other. A live shift is counted as it earns; week windows include any weekly-overtime top-up.

Recent shifts chart

Under the headline figures, a simple bar chart plots your last few shifts by gross, over a dashed line marking your average per shift. The most recent shift is highlighted, so you can see how a shift compares to your normal.

Every past shift

The Past shifts list holds a row per completed shift — the day, the site, the hours and the estimated gross, newest first, paged so a long history stays quick. Tap a row to expand the detail.

Inside an expanded shift

Clocked in / out
The exact times the shift ran.
Paid hours & rate
The paid hours and the hourly rate they were worked at.
Overtime
Shown when any of the shift was paid at an overtime rate.
Unpaid breaks
A note of how many unpaid breaks came out of the shift.
Edited by a manager
If a manager corrected the times, an amber note says so, with their reason — so a change is never silent.
A flag
If the clock-in was flagged (e.g. outside the site radius), the reason shows here.

Flag a shift that looks wrong

Expanded a shift and something’s off — a clock-out that didn’t take, hours that don’t match? Tap This doesn’t look right, write what happened (“I actually clocked out at 17:30, not 17:00”), and send it. Your manager is notified to take a look — “Got it — your manager has been notified”.

Download a statement

The PDF and CSV buttons at the top export a statement for the period your right-hand figure is set to — so switch that card to the month or week you want first. The statement lists each shift’s date, site, hours and estimated gross, with a total.

PDF
Opens a print-ready statement you can save as a PDF — handy as proof of earnings for a landlord or a loan.
CSV
Downloads the same figures as a spreadsheet to keep or send on.

Common questions

Why is my earnings figure “estimated”?
It’s estimated gross — your rate times the hours worked, before tax, National Insurance and other deductions. WagePilot shows what you’ve earned and worked; your exact take-home is calculated by your workplace’s payroll from the hours they approve.
A shift on my history looks wrong — what do I do?
Open the shift and tap “This doesn’t look right”, then describe the problem. It goes straight to your manager as a query for them to check and correct — nothing is changed behind your back, and edits a manager makes are shown with their reason.
Can I get a statement of my pay?
Yes. Set the right-hand figure to the week or month you want, then tap PDF for a print-ready statement or CSV for a spreadsheet. It’s labelled as an estimate, not a payslip.
