Plans & free trial

The four plans, the "flat per site, staff always free" model, the 14-day card-up-front trial and what each plan unlocks.

WagePilot is priced flat per site, with staff always free. The thing that moves your bill is opening another venue — never hiring another person. That is the opposite of per-seat scheduling tools, where every hire costs more.

Four plans. Solo is free for one small site; the lever up the ladder is sites, not staff.

The four plans

Solo — Free forever
One site, up to 10 staff. Geofenced clock-in, rota, audited timesheets, UK holiday and manual CSV export.
Starter — £10/mo
One site, unlimited staff. Everything in Solo plus the realtime live board, all modules, overtime and scheduled export.
Growth — £10 + £8/site
2–9 sites, unlimited staff. Cross-site analytics, custom branding, group rota and payroll auto-sync.
Scale — from £99/mo
10+ sites or large teams. White-label, SSO/SAML, API, audit-log export and an account manager.

The free trial

Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial. You begin on Starter by default. You can explore the whole product during the trial, and you can cancel anytime.

Common questions

How much does WagePilot cost?
WagePilot is a flat £10 a month for a single site: unlimited staff, every feature included. Adding people never costs more; the only thing that moves the price is opening another venue (£8 per extra site on Growth). One site with up to 10 staff is free forever (Solo). Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial.
Is there a contract or can I cancel anytime?
No contract and no lock-in. WagePilot is month-to-month: start with a 14-day free trial, and cancel anytime from your account. Your exported timesheets remain yours.
